SALES TAX

All Idaho orders are subject to a 6% sales tax unless you have registered an ID Resale ST-1 form with us. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you are interested in purchasing anything on ths site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. Quantities can be updated in the shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover for online orders.  Your order will be processed through Pay Pal's secure on-line processing.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

 

You may also call 208/336-9707 to make an order over the phone.  If you use a credit card, your order will ship within 3-5 days or oftentimes earlier as supplies allow.  If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 7-10 days after we receive your check.   Sorry, if you place an order by phone and use a credit card, we can only take Visa and Mastercard.

 

SHIPPING 

The majority of our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless a different method is requested.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.  All Domestic orders over $100 receive free shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Every effort is made to process and ship international orders within 48 hours.  Due to more extensive security and customs regulations, foreign orders sometimes take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination.  Please be patient.

 

International Shipping rates 1 pounds or less (approximate)

 

$1 to $100.00:    $14.50

$101.00+ :       $23.00 

 

Less expensive shipping options are available for international shipments based on weight.  You can either submit your order and select the 'Store Pickup'  option (which will not add a shipping fee) and we will weigh your order, email you with shipping fee and upon approval, send you a shipping invoice.  Or you can email us first, let us know what you are planning to order and we can give an estimate.

 

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT and the like, once your package reaches your country.  It is the buyers responsibility to pay for these charges.   Also note, we ship to most European Countries, however, we do not ship Worldwide.

 

 

Hours

After 25+   years we have decided to close our retail location and concentrate on our online website, classes and developing new products.  Having said that, we can  arrange private showings of our warehouse  if we have enough notice.  We ship orders every morning so we usually availabl from 1:00 to 7:00 PM. Please call for an appointment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Privacy Policy

We highly respect your privacy.  We use first names only on any photographs that might be posted on our blog.  

 

We do not give out telephone numbers used to reserve a class.  We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone. 

 

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided to us to place an order is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. 

 

Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.   We do not store any information online.  If you use our shopping cart and process thru PayPal, their secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before the order is sent to us.

 

Because we do not store any personal information, we do not presently have any way to track back orders nor do we have any method to create customer wish lists.  This will be a future enhancement however.
